We've had many journal prompts this year but this one is my favourite because it reminds you to believe in yourself.
Question: Will David be able to walk a again? Why or why not?
Answer: Yes, I think that David will be capable of walking again because what he says impacts what he does and if he thinks he can walk again, then he can walk again. If you keep hoping for something, it might actually happen, that's why they're called miracles.
Also I don't think that it's fair that he doesn't have the ability to walk but life's not fair and it isn't anyone's fault but that's just how life is. People have survived stage 4 cancer so why can't David walk again? There is treatment if you want to get better but the expenses are fairly high, but David is the type of person who will not give up until he gets what he wants.
Tyler Miller is also an athlete like David, and is an professional wheelchair basketball player so even if he doesn't get to walk again, he can still play basketball, something he loves to do and no one will stop him from doing what he wants to do.
